Janessa Davis

Educator Outreach Representative

Janessa is an Educator Outreach Representative at WIDA. She graduated from the University of Iowa with a bachelor’s degree in elementary education. After student teaching in Iowa City, she moved to Chicago, Illinois to accept a position as a building substitute. Janessa also worked as a summer school teacher before joining WIDA in 2019. She enjoys cooking, reading or visiting family.
