Kimberly Varnell
WIDA Assessment Director of Operations
Kim is the Director of Assessment Operations at WIDA. She is part of the Assessment team and provides leadership for the operational aspects of WIDA's suite of assessments. Her responsibilities include oversight of technology enhancements, as well as delivery of the assessments: on time, as expected and with a high degree of quality. Kim has more than 25 years of experience in software development, program management and product management. Kim holds an undergraduate degree in Economics and an MBA in Information Systems, both from the University of Wisconsin - Madison.
