Oriana Eversole
Evaluation and Research Scientist
Dr. Eversole is currently an Evaluation and Research Scientist with the Wisconsin Evaluation Collaborative and was formerly an Operations Strategist and Project Lead for Region 10 Comprehensive Center (Wisconsin-Minnesota), a federally funded center to support capacity building and implementation of evidence-based practices for SEAs and LEAs. She has held multiple leadership positions, including the Director of the Research and Program Evaluation Office for Madison Metropolitan School District.
She holds a Ph.D. in Curriculum and Instruction with an emphasis in Educational Measurement and Evaluation and a cognate in Educational Leadership and Policy Studies from the University of South Florida (USF). Dr. Eversole serves as a strategic partner with universities, nonprofits, school districts, and state agencies to provide technical assistance and evaluation. Her expertise includes evaluating and supporting large-scale federally funded initiatives. She works across multiple topic areas and sectors, including K-12 education, postsecondary education, professional development, public health, and mental health.
She is highly experienced in continuous improvement and systems change approaches. She holds a Green Belt in Lean Six Sigma, a certification as a Project Management Professional (PMP)--as well as training in Design Thinking, Improvement Science, and Implementation Science. Dr. Eversole has received multiple recognitions and awards, including Exceptional Woman of the Year Award (Network of Executive Women) and distinguished dissertation fellow (USF).
